Rallyemaster's Observations:

* As with past questionnaires, several gimmicks were voted both as someone's
  favorite gimmick and as someone else's least favorite gimmick. Also, many
  people dislike gimmicks they missed (either on general principle, or
  because RIs can seem pointless when you miss the gimmick). The favorite
  gimmick was clearly the effect of Mutant Banshee at the CP, followed by
  the definition of Stop (requiring multiple octagonal signs). The least
  favorite gimmick was the Quail/Quayle gimmick immediately after the CP.
