OFFICERS' REPORTS

- AI: Ed to email December minutes once he finds his netbook

- AI: Darin to document the need to fill state/federal forms on the wiki
- No report

* Treasurer
- No April Rallye and no expenses for April rallye. April insurance is for
  May's rallye.
- Dean still expects Teresa to request reimbursements for March's rallye.
- No Q1 mailing, but plan to do one in April, probably at our business meeting.
- Budget included cost of requesting our nonprofit ID number.
- Budgeted $19.50 income over expensees; actual $154 income over expenses.

- May insurance is paid.

- AI: Dean to investigate Google AdWords account
- AI: Darin to document process for TRC Facebook events
- AI: Ed to nag RMs for fliers
- AI: Ed & Teresa to determine best way to get printed fliers to start
- Consider adding keyword-heavy paragraphs to our web site.
- Consider adding short "what's a rallye" paragraph to home page.

* TSD Update
- 16-17 cars for PCA's TSD school & beginner TSD rallye
- Looks like 4 area TSD rallyes this year (vs 1 TSD last year), although none
  will be TRC rallyes


PAST EVENT(S) REPORT

* 2012-04-14 How To Be a Rallyemaster
- 2 RM teams attended
- 1 will write for TAR (July)
- 1 will start writing a full rallye, to be scheduled when they're closer to
  being ready
- Ideas for additional resources for wiki:
  - venues for finish locations
  - event locations (e.g., Shoreline, HP Pavillion) to be aware of
  - scanned copies of old rallyes for gimmick ideas, not to rethrow
- RM teams asked about earlier start times

  for class assignment

- Dean drafted proposal for suggestions for how rallyists can improve,
  including ride-alongs as an option
